Particularly interested in history (broad brushstrokes or specific stories that read as compellingly as fiction), true crime, accessible pop science, stories with animals at their heart, useful cookery that does something new, and puzzle and humour books. Also keen on books that bring readers joy, improve their health, wellbeing, career or lives, and books that help readers understand the world today, such as titles on politics, climate and nature. Her editorial track record includes Sunday Times bestsellers, award-nominated and award-winning titles, and books sold in translation and TV rights.
