Becky Brown joined RCW in 2025 as Head of RCW Legacy, specialising in literary estates and backlist management rather than representing new authors. She co-founded the Curtis Brown Heritage estates division in 2017 and was jointly awarded Literary Agent of the Year at the British Book Awards in 2024.
