Tracy Marchini Literary represents fiction, nonfiction, and illustration for children and teens. Tracy Marchini is especially looking for illustration portfolios, author-illustrator picture books, chapter-book-length graphic novels, hilarious picture book texts, and middle grade and young adult fiction. She welcomes submissions from communities traditionally underrepresented on bookshelves, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and disabled communities, and welcomes intersectional stories. Her current wishlist emphasizes joy, humor, truth, out-of-the-box humor, slightly subversive stories, characters with big ideas and bigger plans, new picture book concepts, unconventional nonfiction relatable to today's kids, middle grade and YA novels that compel one-night reading, illustration portfolios that mix traditional and digital media in a distinctly human way, and young graphic novels that blend the fantastic with the relatable.
