Yasmin Kane originally trained as a lawyer before founding Kane Literary Agency in 2004. She also ran an independent imprint, Three Hares Publishing, from 2014 to 2021. She regularly participates in agent one-to-ones at London Book Fair, Winchester Writers' Festival, SCBWI, Hampshire Writers' Society, and the Historical Novel Society.
