For fiction, send a query letter and the first 10 pages pasted in the body of the email. For nonfiction, send a query letter and author bio, the guidelines also ask for a double-spaced table of contents and overview for nonfiction. Do not send attachments unless requested, do not query direct personal email addresses, and do not query multiple agency agents simultaneously.
