Nelle joined RML in 2020 after eleven years as an agent at Peters Fraser and Dunlop and an earlier stint at Macmillan. Her client list includes Sara Collins (Costa Debut Fiction Award winner), Jing-Jing Lee, Beth Underdown (HWA Goldsboro Award winner), and six Richard and Judy Book Club picks including Heidi Perks, Bryony Gordon, and Candice Carty-Williams. She was named Literary Agent of the Year at the 2021 Nibbies (The Bookseller Awards), was a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016, and in 2023 was inducted as an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. She is also a published author under the name Nelle Davy and is currently a Trustee of the Royal Literary Fund.
