Gill McLay graduated with a Publishing & Marketing BA Hons from Oxford Brookes University in 1996 and has worked in children's publishing ever since, with experience at Barefoot Books and Egmont spanning sales, marketing, and product development. She co-founded the Bath Festival of Children's Literature and now runs Events of Wonder with her husband John McLay. The agency also accepts postal submissions; hard copies must include a stamped self-addressed envelope or material will not be returned.
