Submit synopsis and first 3 chapters (max 50 pages) and covering letter (Word or PDF). Do not submit to more than one BLM agent. Submissions should include a synopsis, the first three chapters (no more than 50 pages, double spaced), and a covering letter detailing any previously published work, sent as a Word document or PDF. Writers should not address their submission to more than one agent at the agency.
