Becky Brown joined RCW in 2025 as Head of RCW Legacy, specialising in literary estates and backlist management rather than representing new authors. She co-founded the Curtis Brown Heritage estates division in 2017 and was jointly awarded Literary Agent of the Year at the British Book Awards in 2024. Her work with estates has been covered in the New Yorker and the Sunday Times, she is also a Trustee of the Strachey Trust and a regular anthologist for Macmillan Collector's Library.
