Submit per Ampersand guidelines: email appropriate agent with cover letter (email body) and first three chapters/~50 pages and synopsis (Word docs preferred, no WeTransfer or Dropbox). Ampersand does not handle poetry or self-help and does not consider unpublished US-based authors.
