What we found

Margot Edwards is listed as a Rights Consultant at The BIA rather than a literary agent — her role focuses on foreign and subsidiary rights, representing The BIA and other UK agents and publishers worldwide. She began her career at Anthony Sheil Associates, moved to Hamish Hamilton, then became rights director of the Children's Division at Hodder and Stoughton. She subsequently founded Margot Edwards Rights Consultancy, working with clients including Peters Fraser and Dunlop Children's Books, Piccadilly Press, Templar fiction, and Aitken Alexander children's books. Writers seeking representation should direct submissions to the other BIA agents rather than Margot directly.
